Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SubTrack mobile application ("the App"), developed and operated by Enoch Omobolaji Flourish ("we", "I"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

SubTrack is a personal subscription tracking tool. It lets you record your subscriptions, view spending insights, and receive renewal reminder notifications. The App is an organizational tool only: it does not connect to your bank, does not process payments, and does not cancel or manage subscriptions on your behalf.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

3. Your data

You retain ownership of the subscription data you enter into the App. How we collect and handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to access other users' data, interfering with the service or its security features, reverse engineering the App except where permitted by law, or using the App for any unlawful purpose.

5. Accuracy of information

Reminders, totals, and insights in the App are calculated from the information you enter. We do not guarantee their accuracy or that a notification will be delivered by your device on time. The App does not provide financial advice, and you remain responsible for your own subscriptions, payments, and cancellations.

6. Availability and changes

The App is provided free of charge and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time. We may add, change, or remove features without notice.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used abusively or unlawfully.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or missed payments and renewals, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The current version will always be available at this page.
